Nadia, known affectionately as Justice Jonesie by her blogging friends, is a savvy mom to three that loves to share her passion for motherhood, fitness, traveling, and food. A veteran blogger and social media enthusiast, Jonesie started blogging almost six years ago at her first blog, Mamalaw.com, an award winning parenting and lifestyle blog about “three mothers that happened to be lawyers too.” MamaLaw was recognized by Southern Living Magazine as a Blog of the Week and later featured in Southern Living’s June 2010 issue for connecting relationships using social media. MamaLaw was also recognized by the American Bar Association, Top 100 Law Blawgs and by the Miami Herald’s “The Work/Life Balancing Act” as a top work-life balance blog. In 2011, Justice Jonesie and her co-bloggers were named one of the top People of Color Impacting the Social Web by social media guru, Wayne Sutton.
In 2009, her social media career launched into a multitude of successful endeavors including being one of three founding members of the Blogalicious Weekend conferences. Blogalicious naturally developed into the MyBlogalicious Community and The b-Link Marketing Network.
In 2012, Jonesie launched The Niche Mommy Conference & Network for the diverse and multicultural mom blogger and those that embrace diversity. The Niche Mommy Network will connect the diverse and multicultural mom blogger to each other and with the products and brands that they love. The inaugural Niche Mommy Conference will be held in New Orleans, LA, in August 2012.
Jonesie has also had a flourishing career as a freelance writer and contributes on a regular basis to the uber popular community mom site, CafeMom, and as a blog ambassador on Rusty & Rosy, and Let’s Play.
Through social media, Jonesie has partnered with a number of great brands including Macy’s Heart of Haiti, Go Red for Women, The Bump, More.com, Disney Theme Parks, and more.
